Qi-Gong
Qi-gong is based on the ancient Chinese tradition which goal is central care and cultivation of the body and spirit.
People are in harmony once they have balanced the so called Yin and Yang energy in the organs and the meridian energy roads.
By a gentle and balancing series of exercises, we wake the energy of life within (Qi) and harmonize the body and spirit.

Qi-gong can be learned independent of age or gender, previous knowledge is not required.
